Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Open Elasal and go to Profile.
2. Open Account and data.
3. Type the requested confirmation word shown on screen.
4. Confirm deletion in the final system prompt.

Data removed

Your identity account, profile, scan history, saved product relationships, and original label photos in Elasal private storage are removed. Limited records required by law may be retained only for the required period.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Before deletion, use Profile → Account and data → Manage subscription to cancel it with the store.

If you have lost access

Request a password reset from the sign-in screen first. We cannot safely delete an account through an unverified web request.
