Sign in and email verification
Check your inbox and spam folder. Open the newest verification link on the same device. You can request another link from the sign-in screen; wait 60 seconds between requests.
Reset your password
Choose “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. If an account exists for that address, we will send a reset link. Open the newest link on the device where Elasal is installed.
Camera or analysis
Check camera permission in Settings, photograph the entire label in good light, and confirm your internet connection. You can enter an unreadable ingredient list manually.
Subscriptions and restore
Sign in with the store account used for purchase, then choose “Restore purchases” on the Premium screen. Manage cancellation in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Your data and account
Open Profile → Account and data to export your data or delete your account. If you cannot access the app, reset your password first, then follow the account deletion steps.
